Wonderful setting near the lively historic downtown

Newly decorated and spotless room with framed photographs of the area. Nice bed and jacuzzi tub. Breakfast with cookies and sausage. My stay at the Hampton Inn Edenton was fantastic! Everything was brand-new, the hotel was modern and great. Met really kind and nice staff with a very friendly desk clerk. We were given a queen room with jacuzzi tub, framed photographs of the area, and a nice bed. The venue has a marvelous location just next door to lovely restaurants and attractions in town.

I found the hotel's location marvellous, adjacent to Edenton versus in the town and the downtown area and the eastern shore of Virginia and Maryland and northeastern North Carolina. Booked queen room, that was provided with framed photographs as well as nice bed.

We had a great time during our week-long stay at Hampton Inn. The location was convenient and centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The breakfast provided was always well stocked thanks to Ruby in the kitchen. She was attentive and made sure everything was replenished promptly. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially the breakfast attendant who helped me with my little ones every morning. The hotel's proximity to the highway was a plus, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Very rude front desk unable to satisfactionly help us with an issue concerning our 2 rooms we had confirmed. We were there for my husband's funeral. Very upsetting! Waited over an hour for our room.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the center of town and to all Edenton activities. It is also conveniently located near the historical district, making it easy to explore the rich history of the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like a TV remote control in a little plastic bag. The breakfast is filling and delicious, providing a great start to the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There is some ongoing construction at the hotel, but it is almost unnoticed and doesn't affect the overall experience.

The staff was very kind and friendly. This was a clean hotel room. The bed are so comfortable.Very quiet and peaceful area. clean pool. It really is a nice hotel. First time staying at a Hampton Inn.

The wifi is terrible. The hotel had a rate where you could had paid 5 dollar a day for premium service wifi. I thought it was sad because the rate you paid to stay here. I am not sure I would stay there again because of the wifi. I am a business owner and I am currently in school. My son and daughters couldn't be on the wifi when I was on. The breakfast needed some worked.

The bed was very comfy, the size of the room was good.

In the gym area there were no weights to left. we were not allowed to check in at 3 pm per booking instructions, only at 4 Pm she said. The front lady attendant was rude. I was not able to use the wi fi on my ipad to watch netflix shows. Not enough towels. break fest was not that good, orange juice tasted old, the fruit as well. they had a smell to them. it did not have a microwave.

Cleanliness and attention to detail, filling and satisfying breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location off the highway, well-kept and comfortable rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Clean room and good breakfast

We had to leave a day early because of a tropical storm and they said we would be charged for the room weather we stayed or not. Because we already stayed for 3 nights I feel they were not sympathetic AT ALL !!!!
